We have a team of mountain technicians who will accompany you during the approximate 3 hours that the climbing baptism lasts. They will be the ones to provide you with all the material, both technical and security, to get you into this activity.

As we are getting further  into climbing, we will focus on climbing on top-rope and on second-position climbling. These two techniques are essential in the initiation to climbing. You will use the top-rope continuously and you will need the second escalation in the future, to be able to start climbing first. This last method will allow you to feel the adrenaline and enjoy climbing and nature with complete confidence. When you climb second, you climb up after the first climber (who is usually more experienced), and your rope comes out of your harness up. With this we get security when climbing, since, even if you fall, you have the certainty that your fall will be just a few centimeters. On the other hand, it is important to say that this adventure can be enjoyed not only by beginners who start climbing, but also by those amateur climbers who already have done a route or two. This is because it is very effective to practice these skills when you want to try routes that are above your level and before you want to practice them in an environment where you feel more comfortable.

For this adventure you will only need a most adventurous spirit, a mountain backpack, a minimum of 1 liter of water and some light food to satisfy hunger, they can be fruits or energy bars, for example. We will provide you with not only the knowledge to get started, but also the entire equipment, although if you already have a route and want to practice routes that are above your level and you already have your own equipment, you can use it without problem.
