We teach you to fall safely so you reduce the chances of suffering lesions or any type of injury caused by a high impact, something typical of activities such as climbing.
In order to be able to carry out this workshop, we have to be three participants, so there is a climber and two insurers, because there are two ropes that we are going to use.
This class will help you to continue evolving in your project as a climber, since falls are part of this exciting sport.
The place where it will take place is Sierra de Guadarrama, near the city to save us the time of transfer.
