This introductory scuba diving lesson is aimed at those who would like to try this activity for the first time, which may satisfy your curiosity or provide a solid foundation for future, more advanced courses. Who knows, maybe one day you'll become a professional diver yourself!

You can find us at our facilities in the Santa María Port in Cádiz, where you will learn everything you need to know in order to be a great diver.

One of our supervisors will be in charge of providing explanations on how key concepts such as breathing, movement and gear handling so that you are prepared for every situation that may arise.

Since practice makes perfect, as they say, you will then submerge into a pool, experiencing scuba diving for the first time, applying everything you learned in the theoretical session and preparing for future diving sessions.

We provide all the equipment, so you can only focus on having a good time. A CD containing photos taken throughout the activity will be handed to you at the end.
