Description of Open Water Diver El Hierro and accommodation 6 nights

Come to La Restinga to take the most requested course in the field of scuba diving with all the guarantees of PADI as a certifying body: the Open Water Diver.

With this qualification you can now consider yourself a diver and you will be authorized to dive anywhere in the world to a depth of 18 meters. The program includes 2 phases:

- The theory: you can study the necessary concepts online from your home in order to be prepared when you come to see us. We will provide you with access to official content. You will have support to resolve your doubts.

- Practice: it consists of a first part in confined waters that will make you feel comfortable and safe with the diving equipment. Then we will complete 4 dives in the sea to give you experience while you learn the most important aspects of safety.

We will allocate 3 days for you to complete the course and we will provide you with accommodation for 6 nights from the moment you arrive for your comfort. You will sleep in an apartment owned by the school very close to the center where the training takes place. Upon completion you will obtain your PADI certification.

How long the activity lasts

There are 6 days from your reception to the departure day, the diving course is carried out in 3 days.

When your activity starts and finishes

From 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The course takes place in the mornings with the afternoons free.

Accommodation

Totally equipped apartment, with kitchen and private bathroom. Near the port avenue and with all the amenities near like restaurants, bars, shops,... They are apartments of new construction where you´ll feel right at home.

Transport

We include transportation to go scuba diving and the practices, which are made either on the port or from the boats on the scuba diving meet points. The transportation is from the scuba diving centre to the different training zones.
