Sea baptism Discover Scuba Diving in Mar Menuda

We are waiting for you to live your first experience as a diver. From the hand of a professional diving instructor you will learn the basic principles of diving in our 3-hour Discover Scuba Diving initiation course.

If you like crystal clear water, beaches that seem straight out of the best movies, then Mar Menuda Beach, where we will do the dive, will not disappoint your expectations. But before doing the dive, the instructor will tell you with a theoretical class the operation of the equipment, how to move in the water and the basic signs of diving.

Once you have learned this, and especially how to breathe underwater, we will move to the sea of the Costa Brava to put into practice what we have learned in a dive of no more than 12 meters. In total, we will be 45 minutes underwater, during this type, in addition to experiencing the sensation of weightlessness of diving, you will be able to contemplate the richness of the seabed of the Catalan coast.

If you want to start in the world of diving, this is the best way. It will open the door for you to continue with the next title, Open Water Diver.

Once the diving time is over, we will return to the teaching center so you can shower.

To perform the diving baptism it is necessary to meet these requirements:

• Not having flown in a minimum time of 12 hours.
• Be over 8 years old.
• Do not suffer from heart, ear, or be pregnant.
• Have a medical statement that certifies the diver as fit for the activity. We can provide it to you when you make your reservation.
