Baptism of scuba diving under ice in Panticosa

ice diving is an unforgettable experience. It is no longer just the immersion itself, but it is all the adventure that it entails, the previous protocols, during and after the immersion under ice. Also known as ice diver experience it is a complete adventure in which you will have to work as a team. Decide where we are going to pierce the ice layer , carry out a safety assembly with climbing ropes and harnesses in case during the approach to the immersion point the plate breaks and probes and check the hardness of the plate until the diving zone is cordoned off.

Now it is time to make the first hole, where we will introduce our manual saw to make the famous triangle and where we will start our diving under ice . Once the dives are finished , it is time to close the hole with an initial cutout that we have kept submerged a few centimeters from the entrance hole. We will mark the area so that no outsider who walks above the ice can step on and sink and until the next day.
