SSI crossover instructor course in the Canary Islands

Would you like to open up a wider range of options to work as a diving instructor? For that you need to obtain the certification of the Scuba Schools International (SSI) which you can do with the help of the crossover system aimed at instructors trained by other agencies. This is a 3-days course during which you will learn about the philosophy and techniques of SSI.

Also, you will get to know the way this school works, as well as the differences between SSI and other agencies. This way you will be able to widen your professional options with hundreds of dive centres that need personnel with this certification.

The course consists of a theory session, where our amazing instructors will teach you everything you need to know and resolve all the doubts you have; a confined water session, where you can practise in the pool and learn some concepts about confined and open waters; and in the end you will take an exam.

The schedule is from 9 in the morning to 18 in the afternoon and the groups have 1 to 4 students, due to which the classes are personalised and fun.

To enroll in course, you should have the following prerequisites: be a diving instructor for more than 6 month, with an agency belonging to the RSTC (Recreational Scuba Training Council); have a first aid, CPR and oxygen provider certification issued within the last 24 months; have a valid medical certificate and a civil liability insurance.
