This activity has a low level of difficulty and the only requirements you need are to know how to swim, be at least 8 years old and not suffer from serious illnesses. Don't forget to bring your towel and swimsuit.
This course for beginners begins with a theory class and a video so that you can learn the basics of diving and get to know the equipment. The second part is an immersion in shallow, protected waters, where you will put into practice what you have learned. After this test, you will be able to take a dive in the sea.
