Freediving course in Cambrils 2 and a half days

Are you a person who likes to explore the world with little luggage; with the ease of knowing you are free of instruments and materials? We have the ideal course for you. Come to Cambrils and sign up for our freediving course that will be held for 2 and a half days. We will provide you with the necessary training so that you can explore the seabed without the need for artificial oxygen.

The course can be held in one of our centers, either in Cambrils or l'Hospitalet de l'Infant. In both cases we will train you so that you acquire the necessary skills that will allow you, after completing the internship, practice freediving for free.

You will learn the safety aspects that will help you prevent dangers. In addition, we will train you in solving possible problems that may occur during the dive. For this, you will carry out practices in confined waters and in the open sea. What will they consist of? In static and dynamic apnea sessions, in free and constant weight immersion.

To enroll in this course you need:

• Be 18 years old (from 16 years old with parental authorization).
• Be able to swim 200 meters without the aid of fins and 300 meters with equipment (mask and fins)
• Medical certificate that allows you to practice freediving.

*The course will not train you to practice competition freediving.
**For the activity to go ahead, the company must have formed a minimum group of 3 people.
