Finding a point on the coast that shelters virgin coves is increasingly difficult. However, at Ametlla de Mar we have a great variety and all of them are waiting for you to explore them by diving. Don't have the title? No problem. Sign up for this PADI Open Water Dive r course and in two days you will be diving through the most spectacular coves in Spain.

The course will be taught by qualified diving instructors who will focus all their efforts on helping you learn in the most dynamic and easy way. For that, they will give you the theoretical material necessary with which you will assimilate the concepts of diving. Will you have to attend class? No. We will send the material to your home so that you can pass this phase (about 8 hours) without traveling. If you have any questions, the instructors will solve them.

Once the theory is finished, you will go to practice. The best begins here! Your first contact will be in confined waters. We will equip you with the complete diving equipment and you will practice the movements, signals and dives under the careful supervision of an instructor. This will be the same that decides if you are prepared for a dive in open sea .

Thus, we will move to the coast for you to make your first dive through our beautiful waters. In one of them we will leave from the beach and in the other from the boat . In total, you will carry out 4 dives. You will see why many divers choose this area to enjoy a day of diving.
