We have a team of experienced instructors who will accompany you to your first dive (maximum 10 meters deep). First they will give you a theoretical class so that you have a base and then, with all the equipment on, we will get into the water.
The dive time is about 35-40 minutes, approximately. During this time you will learn buoyancy and diving techniques. In total, with the transfers, the previous briefing, the equipment and others, we can get to be 3 hours.
We do diving baptisms always in small groups (maximum 2 people per instructor), because we want it to be a very personalized experience and have the attention you deserve.
You must bring swimsuit and towel. We will take care of the rest.
* Our monitors speak in Spanish, English and French.
** You cannot practice any type of high-altitude activity after the dive until after 24 hours. (Ascend the Teide, flying on a plane, etc.)
