Team building with gymkhana paella contest

Are you looking to organize a team building? This special event requires a different activity to share with your workmates and spend such a great time together. Could you think of a better plan than enjoying a delicious paella?

Of course, it won't be as easy as coming to our facilities and eat the paella: you will need to do it! So, we have prepared for you an amazing contest/field games to prepare a paella divided into different groups.

You will need to pass diverse kinds of games to work on a specific concept for the team building. You will need to pass through the following activities:

• Field games: you will need to make a specific strategy and plan how you will use all the equipment you count on.
• Auction: here, you will use the strategy already established to get all you need.
• Negotiation: if you don't feel satisfied with the ingredients you have got during the auction, you can negotiate now a change with the other teams and make an agreement.
• Cooking time: you will count on 50 minutes to prepare a delicious paella.
• Judgement: two neutral judges and one participant from each team will try all the paellas and decide which is the best one.

Moreover, all the participants will have the opportunity to taste all the paellas: this is the best reward for all your effort!
