A company event always has to be developed through a positive activity that makes all colleagues share a good time together. And, what's better than eating a good paella?

But it's not just about coming and eating, you'll have to earn it! For this we are going to prepare a gymkhana-contest in the "Master Chef" style so that you can prepare the paellas in teams.

Each stage of team building is designed to work on a concept. They will be the following:

1st, gymkana, to think about the strategy you will follow and plan how you are going to spend your resources.
2nd, auction, carrying out the planned strategy and spending what you have planned.
3rd, negotiation. If you are not satisfied with the ingredients you have obtained, you still have time to negotiate with the other teams and reach an agreement.
4th, kitchen. You will have 50 minutes to make the best paella you can.
5th, judgment. There will be two neutral judges and one member from each team, to taste all the paellas and establish the score.

Oh, and of course you will all taste the paellas. The well-deserved reward after all the tasks you have completed!
