Hiking in Gallina Pelada 6 hours

Attention to all of you who are spending a few days in the Berguedà region and are enthusiastic about hiking, the Sierra de Ensija is your environment. We offer you a medium difficulty route to one of its best-known peaks, Gallina Pelada, a summit 2,322 meters high, from which you can contemplate Pedraforca itself.
The excursion is designed for groups of between 2 and 15 hikers. A certified mountain guide will accompany you at all times. You will learn, among other things, basic notions about how to orient yourself with maps, the diversity of flora and fauna that characterizes this spectacular area and the curious history of the formation of these mountains.

Once we reach the top, we will make a stop at the Delgado Úbeda shelter to gain strength with a drink offered by the guards waiting for us. In addition, it is likely that we will receive a visit from a group of chamois that live freely in these lands, even herds of sheep that are chewing their cud along the way.

To do this excursion it is essential that you have good physical shape, as well as experience in the world of hiking. So I will only remind you of the importance of being well equipped with the appropriate clothing and mountain boots for the terrain. And don't forget to bring food and water (minimum 1 liter) for the journey.
