Hiking in Pedraforca 6 hours

To discover the small region of Berguedà practicing hiking, who else is ready to join an expedition to the most representative peak of the Catalan Pre-Pyrenees? We propose a guided route of about 6 hours until reaching the summit of Pedraforca of 2,506 meters of altitude. You will need to take into account that the groups that participate must be reduced , with a maximum of 2 to 12 people.

The excursion through this Catalan rock formation has a medium-high difficulty, which means that you, adventurers, have certain physical and technical skills, as well as some degree of experience  with long-distance roads, with some unevenness and uncomfortable progression at certain points (grimada / tartera).

What we do ask is that you come well equipped and according to the weather conditions of the moment. It is essential that you bring half-high hiking boots with you and a backpack with food and water (minimum one liter). The rest of the material will be on us.

Practicing hiking means knowing your way around with maps, an aspect that you will learn during this route, as you will also know first-hand the flora, fauna and mountain formations that give character to this area.

The meeting point to start our hiking route to the top of Pedraforca will be the Saldes Tourist Office. We will be waiting for you to make this experience a great memory.
