Description of OFFER Nordic walking + archery

The Nordic walking activity will allow you to take walks in the mountains, using much less energy than if you walked without any help.

Before starting the route, we will teach you what is necessary so that you can immediately master the poles and achieve the most efficient movements.

Once we have it clear, we will begin the tour, which takes place around Lozoya, in the Sierra de Guadarrama Natural Park. We will go in small groups, so you can also meet more adventurous people during the tour.

This Nordic walking session will open the doors to a new way of enjoying nature routes. To end the day you can participate in a fun archery

*Minimum age, 12 years. Participants must have a physical condition that allows them to do a route of 2 hours and 30 minutes.

When your activity starts and finishes

The activity starts at 11 a.m. and takes place on Saturdays and Sundays with prior reservation.
