Horse riding route 2 days with accommodation Ortigueira

If you have already tried horse-riding routes before and you are brave enough to try our "Legendary Route" you are going to love this offer.

This is a two-days route, and you will spend the night with us with full board.

The starting point is our farm. We will head towards Serra da Capelada, and visit the picturesque and mystic village of San Andrés de Teixido, popular as a pilgrimage place and shrouded in mystery and legends that we will unveil as we go through it.

After a very typical lunch in this village, we will continue our way towards the highest cliffs in all Western Europe, A Herbeira. It is breathtaking. As soon as the sun starts to fade we will enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets in Ortegal area: Teixidelo, where the sun seems to sink in the sea elegantly and serenely.

We will spend the night close to Teixidelo, and we will continue our way back in the morning, visiting two of the most important waterfalls in Ortegal: A Fervenza do Pozo do Inferno and Fervenza do Río Casón. The last point of interest in our route is O Castelo do Casón, a 10th century stronghold that was built in order to watch out for possible Norman pirates invasions during summer.

Afterwards, we will reach our farm where the route will come to an end, 2 days surrounded by nature and enjoying the company of our best friend: the horse.

We will spend the night of the day we begin our trip in a full board cabin or tent.

The minimum age for this activity is 12 years old.
