Mule route through Sierra Madrona 4 hours

The story tells the exploits of the outlaws and their faithful friends, the horses. What is sometimes overlooked is the great utility that smugglers took from the tough and always hardworking mules. Now you can experience the smuggling route of the Curro Jiménez era with this mule excursion through the foothills of Sierra Madrona.

You will cross the tireless paths used by the smugglers of yesteryear while watching the majestic landscape of the mountains. We will leave from the Venta de la Inés, located in the valley of Alcudia . Once the tour and the activity have been explained, you will follow an expert and knowledgeable guide of the terrain.

You will walk through the lands mentioned in Cervantes's novel "Rinconete y Cortadillo"; you will ascend along paths that cross Madrid and Jaras; and, finally, you will reach the majestic valley of Alcudia where you will rest to taste exquisite "migas manchegas" (fried breadcrumbs).

This beautiful excursion through the nature of Ciudad Real will be collected in a photo report that we will deliver at the end of the activity.
