The first activity is a modality of surfing, in which you use a paddle and a board to sail. It can be used in brave swell or in flat waters. With this route they will find out marine caves and other interesting landscapes.
The second activity is a modalilty of diving, totally safe with which they will have fun visiting the world of under the sea.
