Paddle surf crossing through Playa del Sable 2 hours

You have to try the stand up paddle on this journey through the Playa del Sable, located in Cantabria, and enjoy some moments of fun and relaxa in the sea. This plan combines sport with tourism, so it is perfect if you´re looking for a complete activity.

Not only you learn techniques about paddle surfing but also you can contemplate all the beautiful landscapes that there are on the Cantabrian coast. Before leaving, a qualified monitor will give you the materials and will teach you some basics about SUP techniques.

Then, you'll start the ride, and you'll love that feeling of sliding through the water. You won´t notice, but as you rotate and stand on the board, you will be exercising your arm and leg muscles, as well as improving your trunk and hip posture as you try to keep your balance on it.

Everyone likes it. Who would not like a short break to enjoy a natural landscape? We will leave the river Nansa and we will go by the estuary of Tina Menor, to arrive at the Playa del Sable where you´ll be able to contemplate the beautiful views from the Cantabrian Sea.

It´ll be two hours of travel and we´ll provide all the materials: table, rows, neoprene and lycra, and lifejacket. We only miss you, so come and enjoy!
