Paddle surf trip through the Nansa reservoir

Discover the paddle surf while you enjoy a natural setting, in this SUP journey through the reservoir of the river Nansa, in which you will row over a board with calm waters while you contemplate splendid settings of Cantabria. Forests, birds, the sound of the water and the calmness of the field will make this pleasant journey the perfect occasion to disconnect and relax.

In the valley of Nansa, you can go to see the caves of Soplao and Chufín, with some prehistoric representations that trace back to 20,000 years back. For that reason, it is a place where prehistoric men were settled so it has a great cultural and touristic value.

You can see all these areas while you are doing some exercise, because with the paddle surf you can train all the muscles of your body, apart from developing the balance and reflexes. It is also an anti-stress activity which allows you to release the adrenaline and so that you can keep a more positive attitude.

You will go with a qualified guide who will help you in any situation, and will take you to a stablished road to show you the areas with the best sightings. We will also provide you all the stand up paddle equipment: board, oar, leash, neoprene and lycra, so you must not be worried about having to charge with the equpment.
