SUP Yoga is the mixture of Stand Up Paddle and Yoga, which together seeks mental well-being. It consists of meditating above an aquatic surface in which you will have to maintain your balance, you will improve concentration, develop flexibility and tone your body. In this experience you will connect with yourself surrounded by the vegetation of the Island.
In this activity we will provide you with inflatable boards for the activity, paddles and a wetsuit. So don't worry if you don't bring material for class with you.
The classes last approximately 1 hour where you do meditation, breathing exercises, salutation to the Sun, warm-up and balance postures. During the practice, you will be able to hear the birds in the background, the sound of water, the leaves... and you will feel a special connection with nature.
To do this activity you do not need to have knowledge of yoga since it is suitable for any type of person, except for those who have physical problems and cannot perform certain postures that this practice requires at a minimum.
*Minimum group of people to be able to carry out the session is 2 people.
