2-hour paddle surfing route through the Bay of Roses

Imagine to travel through the coast of Girona while you fill your lungs with the healthy sea breeze.

You can come any day you want to ride a Stand Up Paddle board, and row while your guide accompanies you through one of the last bays of la Costa Brava. If you have never practiced paddle surf, don't worry about it because before departing we will explain you a serie of instructions so you stand on the board with balance.

We will depart at 9:00 in the morning to travel during 2 hours through the river and enjoy the natural environment of this peculiar river, or explore la Bahía de Roses as well. It is an spectacular area which is better to be enjoyed in a relaxing way, just what we are going to do with our row, following a calm march that let us focus into the details.

The good part about paddle surf is that it provides physical and mental benefiths. While you are rowing and standing on the board, you will be working balance out and almost all the muscles in the body, as the legs and the arms. It will also help you to keep a positive attitude, because you will be able to get relaxed while navigating the sea in contact with nature.
