What you're looking for is a comprehensive course in stand up paddle boarding, a water sport derived from surfing that combines balance on a slightly larger board, with the control, power and direction of the action of paddling.This is a course in which everybody can participate, since it's simple enough to learn and make progress. In this six-hour course, in addition to learning the theory and models of paddleboards and paddles, we will focus on different types of paddling and pivoting, bouncing and stranding with the waves, etc.
