Paragliding mini course in Serra de Rubió (1 day)

Paragliding with a professional is fine, but learning to fly like strong> a professional is much better. We propose a mini paragliding course so that you learn in a single day all the basic notions of this exciting sport.

The first thing we will do in the course is to have a first contact with the different parts of the paraglider and you will learn about the aerodynamics of the flight. We will also explain everything you need about the flying equipment and its regulations.

We will teach you the different types of takeoffs that exist and we will practice inflating the paraglider together. The first practices will be on the ground, so you can be fully prepared for when we take off.

Finally and most exciting, it will be time to take action. You will start a tandem paragliding flight hooked to a professional flight instructor who will explain everything from takeoff to landing. The flight will last between 10-20 minutes.

The duration of the paragliding course will be approximately 4 or 6 hours and it will take place in Serra de Rubió, in the Barcelona town of Òdena. In the event that the weather is not favorable here, this mini course can also be done in Avià (Berga).
