Description of Initiation course to paragliding flight Sierra Madrid
This is not the typical paragliding flight, what we offer you goes much further. We want you to learn to pilot the paraglider with a complete course, very close to the center of Madrid!
We will acquire a theoretical base, working on safety aspects, meteorology, aerology, the rules to follow in flight and of course, knowing the material that we will use. We will give you a book so that you always have a guide to these topics.
As for the practice, we will divide it into several phases:
When you finish, we will give you a flight diploma and certificate.

As for the practice, we will divide it into several phases:
- We will learn to inflate and control our paraglider, through short races on flat terrain.
- We will practice takeoff and landing maneuvers on slopes with little slope (30 meters maximum).
- Finally, we will do 10 high altitude flights, with a gradient ranging from 600 to 900 meters. A professional instructor will guide you by walkie when you take off and land.
When you finish, we will give you a flight diploma and certificate.

How long the activity lasts
- It normally takes us between 6 and 8 days to complete the course.
