Surf summercamp in Sitges 1 week afternoons

If you are looking for a camp for the summer, we recommend this surf camp in Sitges where you will practice this fascinating water sport until you feel a true passion for surfing.

It is a 1 week camp in which you will receive 2 hours of theoretical and practical classes a day in a group. They will be in the afternoons from Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 19:00.

The training follows the methodology established by national and international surfing organizations and federations, so you will see your improvement from the first day. Specifically, the training program consists of the following blocks:

• Initiation: you will learn the correct positions, the paddling technique, how to stand up on the board, and the safety and hygiene rules.

• Advanced: contains sections such as technical paddling, how to choose a wave, surfing, danger zones and safety instructions.

• Basic maneuvers: you will increase speed and improve in the comeback and rowing.

In each level there will be a theoretical part that includes concepts about the environment, weather conditions and the history of surfing.

The professional instructors will teach you everything in the most dynamic and enjoyable way, and will also teach other values such as respect for the environment and practicing healthy sports.

This activity is offered for boys and girls from 8 years to 17 years old.
