We will be waiting for you on Lóngara beach, belonging to the area of Barreiros, although if the day is better waves and tide-wise on the beach A Rapadoira, in Foz, we will hold our surfing class there instead. These beaches are only at a 10-minute distance from one another, so we will let ourselves be guided by the currents to get the best surf class you are waiting for.

Come about 15 minutes before the start of class so that we can give you all the material you will need during these 2 hours. We will start with some stretches and exercises on the beach so that we can see the level and the aspects to be valued such as the waves or the type of wave break, always keeping in mind that safety comes first.

The good thing about this part of the coast is that it contains powerful waves, which can be summed up in amazing surf sessions, especially when we have controlled some very pro techniques that will make you enjoy it fully.

During the whole class we will record you for the last 20 minutes, analyze all your development carefully, and you will even be able to take the video with you to re-watch it whenever you want, and keep improving as a surfer.
