Surf course for beginners in Barreiros 10 h

Thinking about a 5 day course might seem a bit tiring ... but if the course is surf to learn for 2 hours every day the best techniques with our excellent professionals on the Barreiros coast, then it is something amazing!

Classes will be held at Lóngara beach in the town Barreiros, in Lugo. This has some perfect characteristics for surfing since in general, its strong waves and the weather are very favorable for this sport. But we can also move a few minutes from there in search of the best wave. The other destination that we favour? The A Rapadoira beach,  in Foz.

Every day we will spend some time to analyze the influencing atmospheric conditions in the surf as well as the breakers or other aspects that may be of interest to surfing. Warm-ups and movements in the sand will follow them to become aware of what awaits us at sea.

At all times one of our monitors will accompany you to go working techniques from the water, advise you on others and always perfect. Little by little, you will notice an incredible improvement. In addition, as we record you during classes so that at the end of practice you can identify the weaknesses of each one, each day you will notice that improvement.

The groups are very small in order to better serve each one and create that "good vibes" atmosphere that surfing requires. These days by our side will be enough for you to enjoy the waves and a board wherever you go.
