Windsurfing baptism, in l'Estartit (2h)

At the fabulous town of L'Estartit (Girona) water sports are part of the day-to-day basis of the locals. That is because the location of this town has all the ideal elements to practise a sail water-sailing ports like windsurfing. If you would like to enjoy the feeling of navigating on a board while being propelled by the direction of the wind, do not hesitate and join our windsurfing baptism of 2 hours. 

Unlike the rest of the courses, with us you will start practising straight away on the water. From there, and with the equipment provided by us at your entire disposal, you will learn how to raise the sail from the surface, and keep your course thanks to your body's position. You will be completely confident of your navigation in no time! 

On the other hand, with the help of a professional instructor, you will learn how to assemble and dismantle the equipment, the best way to transport it and, of course, how to control the windsurfing board and sail to navigate with them. And, since the wind is a natural element we cannot control as we please, we will teach you how to use it to our favour and explain, from as theoretical approach, the basic concepts to dominate the boats and position the sail. 

The baptism will be carried out with an inflatable board and sail. This makes a huge difference compared to any other similar activity since, as it is a soft material, this activity is suitable for all ages. From the little ones in the family, to the oldest ones. Therefore, being a course for all ages means that all our instructors will adapt to your level and learning process.
