At Eoliskite we have wanted to incorporate into our range of nautical activities one of the surf sports that is most in demand today, SUP or paddle surf . But not to offer a simple rental or a boring class, we do guided routes through some of the most beautiful places on the Costa Brava.

Namely:

• Route 1 , we will move by boat to the Medes Islands and from there we will make a circular tour of the islets, without a doubt, one of the most amazing activities that you can do in the Girona's coasts and one of its best preserved places in the entire Iberian Peninsula.
• Route 2 , we move by boat to Cala Pedrosa , where we will start a route that takes us to Cala Ferriola passing first through Roca Foradada .

Before starting the route, you can practice the technique and learn from the monitor the good practices of stand up paddle surfing.

Although if you prefer to do a route on your own, we also offer board and paddle rental by the hour.

The two activities are, without a doubt, a perfect option for you and your family to enjoy the beaches of the Mediterranean in a totally different way. We have expert monitors in charge of giving you all the necessary explanations so that you learn both the use of the material and the basic safety rules.

We also do excursions to the Medes Islands on our SUP board, are you going to miss it?

windsurfing ... that sport that you have always seen someone practice practicing that has made you very envious but that, due to lack of information, you have never encouraged yourself to learn ... until now! Eoliskite offers you the best training in one of the aquatic activities that undoubtedly fill the peninsular coasts every year.

In this incomparable setting such as the Costa Brava , in which we are fortunate to set up our facilities, we are going to propose up to 3 different courses so that, no matter what level you are at, you can handle yourself perfectly with the inflatable windsurfing equipment that we put at your disposal, so that, thanks to this feature, you will not be in any danger.

• Have a first contact with a perfect baptism to learn a little of everything and that you can take your first steps in sport. In just one session you will acquire knowledge about safety, raising the sail in the water and how to maintain your posture. Ask for our " Discovering Windsurf ".

• 3 sessions you need to become an autonomous windsurfer. You will learn to assemble and gin the equipment, in addition to learning advanced techniques such as turning on the board and advancing in terms of navigation. " I want to be a windsurf " is your course.

• When you are sure that windsurfing is the sport that motivates you the most, sign up for our 5-class course. With the "From zero to hero " you will learn to control your speed, navigate to any course or get a quick tack. You will be a pro windsurfer.

In any of them you will feel comfortable and have fun, because the groups are not more than 4 people and you can even come alone. Each class will last between 1 hour and a half or 2, depending if you are a single person or come in a group.
