Paddle surf tour Medas Islands 2 hours

Come with us to enjoy an spectacular stand up paddle surf route through the Medes Islands. This is a fantastic tour to discover our coasts, relax, and enjoy the nature. 

Here at the Medes Islands, you will have the opportunity to admire a protected natural space, both in land and in the sea. During this tour you will be able to observe the different bird species, like the European shag, and the marine vegetation such as the seagrass fields of Mediterranean posidonia.

In its seabed, you will also encounter species such as the gilt-head bream, the bream, and the European bass. And, if we are in luck, you might be able to spot a dolphin or two if you come during spring! As for the surface, you will be accompanied by a splendid panoramic view of the cliffs and caves that dominate this area. 

Through this spectacular environment, you will be able to practise paddle-surfing. Besides, you don't need to have any previous experience at all. Everyone can practise this relaxing and beneficial sport for you and your body.

The route lasts approximately 2 hours and it is led by an instructor who will explain to you the route and will watch out for your safety at all times.

*You will be accompanied at all times by the support boat. Which means that you will be able to go on it if you are tired or want to refresh yourself for a bit.
