In Tías, near Puerto del Carmen , we have installed our diving center from which we organize everything we go out, the courses and have the more complete and current diving material.
The various PADI courses will give you the background you are looking for underwater, from diving baptism to the most perfected technique, being able to become a diving teacher.
snorkelling is another form of diving that does not require artificial oxygenation, simply with a tube you can breathe and see the seabed from the surface.
