Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian

Welcome toFundação Calouste Gulbenkian, also known as the Calouste Gulbenkian Museum.

Located in Portugal, this foundation was created by Calouste Sarkis Gulbenkian, engineer and businessman and very important in the oil industry, in addition to having a great hobby, collecting.

Our goal is to promote organizations and enable people to develop and grow through science, art, education in order to promote and support a more sustainable society.

We want culture to be accessible for everyone, which is why we work to ensure that there is a big change in terms of education and care for the most vulnerable people.

We also disseminate and give voice to scientific research and knowledge. In addition, we have an art center, a museum, a library and a choir with the best voices and musicians.

We are made up of a great team of professionals, both collaborators and partners who work to fulfill the objective of our Foundation.

At the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, we carry out projects and programs through grants and scholarships. In addition, we have organizations in different countries, such as the United Kingdom, Portugal, and France among other places in the world.
