Caiac Club Baix Llobregat

Caiac Club Baix Llobregat is a kayak navigation teaching center that was created with the intention that both children and parents participate in our hobby which is track canoeing in particular and sea kayaking as leisure activity and a walk.

In our center we offer different courses:

• Introductory course: The requirements to participate are knowing how to swim and being determined to learn kayaking. If a person knows how to swim, he will surely learn to paddle. If you learn to shovel, you are going to have fun like never before. The complete equipment is provided by the club. Age requirement from 8 to 99 years. The course takes place 365 days a year in 4 sessions of 90 minutes

• Improvement course: It is necessary to have completed the initiation course or have some experience in kayaking. This course is not for beginners. Its objective is to expand knowledge in both practice and theory, seeking comprehensive physical and technical improvement according to the specific objective determined by the student.

• Rollover course: For those who seek to overcome personal limits and safety at all times. A roll or roll course implies a desire to advance and gain new knowledge about the more specific and advanced techniques of kayaking. Once the course is finished, students should take home the exercises necessary to improve their technique and thus be able to correct themselves.
