Aquaignis Canoeing proposes you to take a complete private course of Canoeing in the river. An experience that you will want to repeat and experience again.

We will introduce you to the world of the river canoe. You will learn all of the following:

• Handling the kayak
• Interpret currents
• Avoid dangers
• Know navigation routes
• Everything related to this wonderful sport

The place of realization is in the incredible place of the Tower, just 12 km from the capital. A clean river, lush in vegetation and with fun rapids where you can learn to master the canoe. Do not worry about falling, surely a good dip will comfort you.

We have Natural and Cultural hiking:

• 1st. Enchanted City Route: impressive cyclopean formations where in a remote past the great Sea of Thetis existed. The legend and the magic made fossil will surprise you.

• 2nd Route Las Torcas and Lagunas de Palancares: Still a mystery without solving at all. Titanic sinkholes in the middle of the Palancares mountain range, form disturbing cliffs and lagoons of incredible beauty. Each one contains numerous legends, myths and curiosities that you will get to know

• 3rd. Ruta de las Caras de Buendía: Next to the Buendía reservoir, a magical place arises that will surprise you. Large sculptures of great beauty carved out of living rock.

• 4th Guided Tour of the Historic Center of Cuenca: Since he conquered it in 1177, King Alfonso VIII has been the subject of numerous stories and legends that you will be able to know. As if that were not enough, it is said that in his cathedral the Holy Grail could stay for some time.

With Aquaignis you can take an important step in your knowledge of the plants and fungi that you encounter every time you walk through the fields. Located in the city of Cuenca , we organize the guided route in search of medicinal plants, in which we will show you more than 80 plant species with medicinal value that inhabit Spain. And, what is better, we will teach you tricks to learn to differentiate them on your own.

This guided tour is a botanical hiking route, in which in addition to knowing dozens of plants, you will enjoy a unique and natural landscape. Many of these species have legends, but also true stories around them, with magical uses that we have seen many times in movies and books. You will also have the ability to make potions, magic and home remedies after this botanical route.

Our guide has been disseminating ethnobotany in our country for more than 15 years, and will also show you the secrets of mushrooms to identify them in their natural habitat.
