• Canyoning:descend down the best mountain rivers in the province of León. Avoid rappelling, slides, jumps and swimming areas in an unforgettable experience. We have ravines of all levels.

• Snowshoes:Enjoy the best places in the Cantabrian mountain range and the Montes de León, taking excursions adapted to the level of the participants, accompanied by Sports Technicians qualified in the different mountain modalities.

• Rafting:you can practice descending calm rivers and white waters that will make you experience different emotions in each section. You will go from calm to storm and vice versa, always tutored by our professional guide, to end up taking a good dip in one of the most beautiful rivers and reservoirs in the province of León.

• Caving: Explore the caves and cavities of the El Bierzo region. You will enjoy its formations (stalagtites, stalactites, lakes, lava flows...) accompanied by our guides.

• Paintball:enjoy the best playing field in the province of León. In our main field of more than 14,000 square meters you will find more than 40 natural rock parapets, which will contribute to making strategy essential during the game. Team play, tactics, balance and bravery will be factors to manage during the game.If you have never practiced this modality, you will begin by refining your aim in the shooting gallery.

You will see natural obstacles that you must overcome to end up going down through jumps, slides, rappels, waterfalls, siphons, and swimming areas. The province of León has many ravines of various levels:

Basic level:No prior knowledge of climbing, rappelling or other adventure sports is required.

Locations:

♦ Val Porquero Ravine, the upper part. It will last approximately 3 hours, during which you will be able to enjoy 4 rappels and 2 jumps. It is a limestone ravine with abundant water in spring.

♦ Motrondo Ravine (Murias de Paredes). The duration will be 4 hours, in which you will cross a long ravine, many places to swim and 10 jumps of all sizes. Ravine this time made of slate rock.

Medium level:Basic rappelling knowledge is necessary.

Locations:

♦ Compludo Ravine (Ponferrada). It will last approximately 5 hours and you will visit various waterfalls, in addition to the 7 rappelling situations along the way. Quartzite rock ravine.

♦Cacabillos Ravine (Caldas de Luna). It will last approximately 5 hours in which you will travel through a short but intense quartzite rock ravine, thanks to its jumps, slides and jumps. Ideal ravine for summer.

♦ Pincuejo Ravine (Caldas de Luna). An approximate duration of 5 hours where you will travel through a limestone rock ravine with large walls. You must practice 8 rappels on the route. Medium level on the high side.

♦ Los Puentes de Malpaso Ravine (Molinaseca). The approximate duration will be 2 hours. It is a quartzite rock ravine, located very close to Ponferrada, just 10 minutes away, and which has two rappels and a vast forest territory.

♦ Speleoravine of Val Porquero. Approximate duration of 6 hours. Long and complete: three slides, eight rappels, 2 siphons and 2 jumps. One of the most impressive speleoravines in Europe. Star adventure activity in Spain.

♦ Valdorria Ravine (Nocedo Waterfall). Approximate duration 3 hours. Quartzite rock, long-distance ravine, with a wide variety of slide areas, two rappels and forest steppes. One of the best landscapes of the journey will be the amazing Nocedo waterfall.

♦ Ravines in the Sierra del Courel. Located in the heart of the Sierra del Courel (Orense).Long-distance crossing for 6 hours. It is an aerial ravine in its entirety and with a multitude of rappels.

For everyone over 14 years old and all audiences. The group will be a minimum of 4 people, if you are only 1 to 3 people it is necessary to consult. It is highly recommended to spend the day with friends, family and children, bachelor and bachelorette parties, camping activities, associations and companies that wish to improve team ties with the well-known TeamBuilding.

Kayaking is one of the quintessential activities in adventure water sports. With Aquiaventura you can enjoy the bestkayaking in Leon, very close to Ponferrada, within the best rivers and reservoirs in the area.

Release your adrenaline by driving this particular canoe on calm rivers and white waters, a little of everything for a complete experience. Our qualified instructors will guide you through the best natural places in the province of León, trying to make the activity enjoyable, ending with a picnic that will be included in the price.

- Río Sil short section. The route will start from Requejo and end in Carril. This tour will take 2 and a half hours. The intensity will be high although short in duration. Recommended for school trips, farewells, families and camps.

- Sil River long section. Originating in Requejo and up to Cobas de Sil. It will have a short section and will include the Sil canyons. It will have a duration of 4 hours.

- Bárcena Reservoir. Reservoir with calm waters. Ideal for calm walks delighting in the views. Approximate duration of 2 hours.

- Carucedo Lake. It will be surrounded by a lake of calm waters in the area of the marrows, considered a World Heritage Site. The duration will take approximately 2 and a half hours.

- Porma Reservoir (Boñar).This reservoir, surrounded by mountains, will delight the eye with the beautiful beauty of the area. The place will be toured for 2 and a half hours.

Snowshoes make us progress on snowy or icy terrain. This activity is carried out in conjunction with hiking, mountaineering or mountaineering in winter.

The magic of these excursions is provided by the best places near León. You will be able to observe the landscape of El Bierzo and tour its forests, valleys and mountains. A real visual pleasure.

The activity is for all audiences and no prior knowledge is required. Minimum of being over 8 years old and at least 4 people per group.

The locations will be the following: Río Porma, Río Esla and Río Sil during the summer months.

The large inflatable boat will be ideal for descending the river, visiting places of great beauty worth admiring. Action, adrenaline and contemplation distributed in equal parts.

There is a basic level that starts at 14 years old, for which no prior knowledge is necessary. The group will be a minimum of 7 people, which will fill a raft.

Enjoy caving by visiting some of the most interesting cavities in the province of León. Stalactites, stalagmites, underground lakes and various formations await you in Aquiaventura, where we will take you to these surprising places.

For groups with a minimum of 4 people (if there are minors always accompanied by an adult), it is not necessary to have prior knowledge. Ideal for families with children or groups of adults with exploring ambitions who are starting out in the activity.

Route places:

El Bierzo region

• Cornatel: cave located 5 minutes by car from Las Médulas, ideal for getting started in the world of caving. It is at a distance of 18 kilometers from Ponferrada. It has several rappels, a small lake and all kinds of formations inside. The activity can be expanded with a previous initiation course in rappelling. The duration will be half a day, with departures throughout the year.

Just as each game is different, each paintball field is also different and special. This old quarry with a vast territory has the main field, shooting gallery, speed fields...

Paintball for groups

Choose the best company to enjoy the game. 2 teams will face each other, differentiated by monkeys of different colors. These teams will have between 2 and 12 players.

Enjoy the bestvia ferratas in the province of León. It is an essential activity for adventure tourism and we have the best rock masses and walls for it. We have both vertical and horizontal zones (known as postage).

You will also be accompanied by a specialized guide who will make the experience easier and safer. Throughout this sporting itinerary you will also have steps, clamps, heat sink, carabiners, pegs, harness, ramps, cable and basically all the materials that a good ferrata adventurer needs.

The province of León has two main routes for via ferrata:

• The first of these is located inValeón, located in the town of Coordiñanes, in the Picos de Europa. One of the most famous mountainous areas in Spain.

• The other route is located inArbás, in the municipality of Villamanín, where you will explore the natural environment of the Central Mountain of León.

We have another route in the Province of Cantabria:

• La Hermida Ferrata, located in the same La Hermida gorge.

• Ferrata de Los Llanos, in the town of Los Llanos, also in the heavenly surroundings of the Picos de Europa and just 10 minutes from Fuente Dé.
