Canyons and Barrancos carries out canyoning in the most important points of the southern half of the peninsula, excursions that range from half a day to multi-day outings.

We have adventure packages that include a guide, material, accommodation, transportation and food. Some of the most common canyons we do are:

• Barranco Arroyo Majales, level I: it is a dry ravine of approximately 1 kilometer where 10 rappels of up to 15 meters high are carried out.
• Calzadillas Ravine, level I: aquatic ravine of approximately 1 kilometer with a few rappels to enjoy canyoning in the province of Seville.
• Zarzalones ravine, level I: aquatic ravine more than 1 kilometer long with a total of 4 rappels with altitudes of up to 26 meters. It lasts approximately 2 hours.

We also make less frequent descents through other ravines, such as the Sima del Diablo. We even offer introductory courses in rappelling and canyoning.

The descents are planned several weeks in advance, include transportation and the possibility of hiring extras, such as accommodation.

You should not worry about previous experience, since the descents will be of a first level and will increase as the student acquires the most basic knowledge.

Choose any weekday afternoon or come visit us on weekends and you will have your first contact with the materials we are going to use. You will learn to place them and secure yourself in any situation, in addition to carrying out different types of descents and holds. You will be able to slide down the steep wall and we will make excursions through both dry and aquatic ravines.

Canyons and Barrancos awaits you in the capital of Seville!

Canyons and ravines adds another activity to its list of adventure sports, they propose a kayak ride very close to Seville, in the reservoir of Aznalcóllar, just thirty minutes away.

Kayaks can be for one, two and up to three people. Making this activity a perfect sport to practice with friends and enjoy a day in the swamp. Children can also ride a kayak given their ease of handling.

The only trick of this sport is to maintain the correct posture inside the kayak and hold the paddle properly, something that they will teach you when you arrive.

Don't worry about anything:

• The monitors will be in charge of showing you the swamp and reminding you of the safety regulations.
• The best time to do this activity is from April to October due to the temperature
• If you bring your camera you can take the photos you want or let the monitors take them for you.

We bring you one of our favorite proposals. It involves navigating through the Agrio River reservoir, which is in Aznalcóllar three-quarters of an hour from the capital of Seville.

We do it both on Saturdays and Sundays and we provide the material. It consists of a life jacket that you will wear for safety, a waterproof boat in which you make sure that your valuable belongings will not get wet, the kayak itself and a photo report that we give you. You can do the journey individually, with your partner or with your friends, although if you don't have a group, we will integrate you into one.

Usually, we meet between 9 and 10 in the morning and we go to the reservoir. There, we prepare the material and we will be in full activity for around 2 hours. If you bring something light to snack on, the better.

At Cañones y Barrancos we offer you a new way to get closer to nature: climbing.

It is one of the most complete sports in the world since it requires strength, balance, concentration and, above all, the ability to overcome. It is an activity that children can also do, so if you want to spend a different family day it is a very good option to consider.

We will meet around 11 at the Cerro del Hierro to walk to the place to climb: San Nicolás del Puerto, one of the most important natural monuments in Seville strong>. Along the way we will warm up our muscles and take the opportunity to get to know each other in the group.

We will provide you with all the material you need: harness, helmet, ropes, etc. You just have to take care of bringing comfortable and breathable clothing and mountain boots that support your foot well. We also recommend that you bring water and something to snack on like fruit or nuts.

The entire activity will be directed by a specialized monitor who will be in charge of introducing you to this sport and guaranteeing the safety of each of the users. In addition, the activity will be adapted to each individual level so it does not matter if you are a beginner or a professional.
