• If you are looking to get to know the town of Cazorla, we offer different schedules to do a guided tour with our guides through the best corners of the city, even one starting at 9:30 p.m. to discover the legends of is.

• For lovers of hiking we also have excursions through the most dazzling nature of the region such as the route along the Borosa River or the one designed to discover the most magical corners.

• Have you ever tried making a via ferrata ? Come with whoever you most want to venture to tour the La Mocha ferrata and put your balance and agility to the test.

• You can also visit the Natural Park by water. Book our canoe excursion for 2 hours through the Tranco de Beas reservoir. Suitable for all ages, our two-seater boats will allow you to see one of the most beautiful faces in the area.

• One of the most fun and exciting activities that we have prepared for you are our canyoning days in the Guadalquivir river, which simply by the fact of witnessing the spectacle that nature offers us. Water jumps, turquoise waterfalls, canyons ... and also, being an initiation level, anyone can descend.

• If children and adults like something, it is horse riding . Through the Guadalquivir valley, on the back of calm animals accustomed to dealing with humans, this 1-hour excursion will make you enjoy as a family.

Coming to do a via ferrata with Cazorla Travel is to ensure a day full of fun, sport, knowing incredible places and with a fundamental touch: adrenaline.

• Our goal is to make the mountains of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas known as actively as possible, and what better way to do it than from inside, descending ravines of spectacular beauty.

• The section to be covered is a few kilometers from the source of the Guadalquivir River in the Cerrada de Utrero , known for being very close to the Linarejos Waterfall .

• The activity does not present too much difficulty, in fact it is considered level 1 , so in addition to insurance you can also do it as a family.

• You will have a great time jumping into the pools , sliding down its natural slides and practicing rappelling from the waterfalls and cannons .

• Although we provide you with all the technical equipment and the neoprene suit, we do ask you to come with a swimsuit, a towel and shoes that preferably can get wet.

• A very fun way to do a different kind of tourism through the heart of Jaén .

The Sierra de Cazorla has many sports and nature activities reserved on its lands. One of them is canoeing , with routes surrounded by mountains and green landscapes typical of this biosphere reserve, the birthplace of two of the best-known rivers in Spain: the Guadalquivir and the Safe .

At Cazorla Travel we organize 2-hour canoe rides through the Tranco de Beas reservoir , located in the natural park of the mountains of Cazorla, Segura and las Villas. It is a huge, historic and quiet swamp from which to enjoy the abundant vegetation, the hydroelectric plant that is still in operation and the dam in Villanueva del Arzobispo, and the Cabeza de la Viña island, within the reservoir itself. Also, if you are lucky, you can spot some bearded vultures or eagles that inhabit the park.

Our boats are 1 and 2-seater and with a lot of stability, ideal for a relaxed plan as a family or as a couple, as well as being self-emptying, a feature that gives us tranquility and comfort.

We also have tours of the Guadalquivir River, which begins its course in the heights of Cazorla and its way to the Atlantic Ocean. You will see how young it is in this territory before reaching its large size that we know when passing through Seville.

And, as a curiosity, the Tranco reservoir has been the setting for some of the filming of the documentary Man and the Earth, which made Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente so famous.

The heart of the Sierra de Cazorla , is prepared to be traveled by you and your companions, in a pleasant route on horseback . We, at Cazorla Travel Horse Riding, are looking forward to guiding you through the Guadalquivir valley and showing you the most beautiful corners of this privileged natural environment.

Without a doubt, we consider that this is one of the best ways to discover the Natural Park , of 214300 hectares, being the largest protected area in the country and second in the European continent.

A journey between the three mountains, which make up the territory; that of Cazorla, Segura and las Villas . Representing four of the six species of Iberian vegetation; highlighting among them, the Salgareño pine and occupying this large area.

It also has exclusive kinds of flowers, which we can only find in this area. During the ride on the animal's back, you will enjoy the range of colors, which results from the violet, the geranium cazorlense, the rivasmartinezia cazorlana and the carnivorous plant itself.

A special and wonderful place, to escape from reality, while you become a rider , taking the reins of the horses, totally tamed and more than used to being surrounded by people .

An unrepeatable and totally safe experience in a magical place.

The Sierra de Cazorla is a magical place where you can get lost walking among its trails. However, it is always good to get lost but, later, to know how to return. For that, in Carzorla Travel we have organized different routes in which you can admire the landscape that rises in this vast extension of the lands of Jaén.

You can choose between two types of guided routes that we have called Magical Nature and Borosa River. We tell you what it consists of:

Magical nature. It is a route that will take you deep into the mountains and see, from each point, the best views. To enjoy the activity, you will have to form a group of at least 6 people. An ideal number to come with the family or group of friends. You will all enjoy the morning that the activity will take place.

On this outing you will be accompanied by expert guides, naturists or biologists. So you will learn about the fauna and flora that you can find during the 4 hours approximate that the activity will last. We will meet in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento de Cazorla every Saturday at 10:00 am.

Río Borosa. With a duration of 8 hours , this route is longer than the previous one, but the landscapes you will find will be worth it. We will start at 9:00 a.m. and travel an approximate distance of 23 kilometers to Laguna de Valdeazores. Throughout the route you will see the fabulous flora that grows in the Natural Park. We will pass through the Cerrada de Elías, through its wooden bridges. And, if we have a lucky day, we will observe the king of these lands, the fallow deer.

In addition, we will pass by the Hydroelectric Power Plant which will be the point from which we will leave the forest track to access a path that will lead us to discover the spectacular Salto de los Órganos, a magnificent waterfall of about 40 meters. You can enjoy all this accompanied by whoever you choose, but at least you have to be a group of 6 people. We will leave from the Rio Borosa Visitor Center.

Have you already tried to travel through all types of terrain, both horizontal and vertical ? Walls, rocky massifs, and other sections of the mountain. This is what a via ferrata consists of. Specifically, ours is located in the very Natural Park of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas, with more than 550 meters of route, guided at all times by our professional team at Cazorla Travel Via Ferrata . And equipped with the best material; ropes, helmet, harness, chains, ladders, steps, bridges ... All of high quality and for individual or collective use.

The Via de la Mocha , is located in La Iruela , and is fully recommended for its vertical, staggered and other horizontal sections. In addition to the daring 40-meter Tibetan bridge, which can be avoided with a rappel, for those less brave, who do not want to put their balance and precision to the test.

Walls with a unevenness greater than 250 meters , is the perfect option to fully enjoy the surroundings and views. Feeling the adrenaline and emotion running through your body.

Suitable for those in good physical condition, since the time of ascent and descent adds up to a total of approximately 2 hours.

Possibly many of you know Cazorla for its undeniable scenic charm, its mountain routes and outdoor activities through its famous mountain range. Well, at Cazorla Travel we want you to know its historical part, walk through its streets and soak up its architecture and culture. It will be a journey through history in which an expert guide will accompany you.

We have two different visits. You just have to choose the one that best suits your profile:

Guided cultural tour. If every time you visit an unknown town, you like to leave it but with knowledge about its culture and history, this is your route. Led by a professional guide, you will walk for 3 hours through the streets of this beautiful town to visit Las Ruinas de Santa María, the Bóveda del Río Cerezuelo and some of the most emblematic monuments. (This visit takes place only on Saturdays)

Guided tour of the legendary Cazorla . On this visit we will take you to know the legend that hides between the walls of Cazorla. You will discover the stories that are not told, you will delve into the past of this Andalusian town. To do this, you will be accompanied by a guide who will make your imagination fly while he narrates different events and events. It will be an unforgettable day that you will do at a time from 9:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

At Cazorla Travel , we are excited to show you the Natural Park, made up of the most outstanding Sierras in Jaén; the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura and the Villas. And we want to do it in a peculiar and above all, comfortable way; with a 4x4 route, through the most privileged areas of high ecological value.

There are few vehicles that can circulate daily in this area. You can go in one of them, in any of the 3 routes that we offer. All oriented and adapted to fully enjoy and discover the best corners of the place.

• The first one moves through the source of Borosa and the Valdeazores Lagoons . 50 kilometers of forest track, of the 100 km that the route has in general. 5 hours of intense tour with views of turquoise waters, surrounded by green forests of centuries-old holm oaks and black pines. And passing through the Nava de San Pedro and del Espino, the Strait of Perales and Collado Bermejo.

• Option number three consists of another 100 km, 30 of them per restricted area, which only the most fortunate of us can travel by motorized means. This time of 4 hours, and in the direction of Barranco de Guadalentín . Also passing through Nava del Espino and San Pedro, where Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente, recorded some scenes from the famous program, "El hombre y la tierra".

• The last route takes place on the edge of the Borosa River , with amazing views of the riverside forest. We will move towards the Puente de los Caracolillos and the Cerrada de Elías, in order to reach the Salto de los Organos, with amazing waterfalls of different heights and crystal clear waters.
