Coming to do a via ferrata with Cazorla Travel is to ensure a day full of fun, sport, knowing incredible places and with a fundamental touch: adrenaline.
The Sierra de Cazorla has many sports and nature activities reserved on its land. One of them is the canoeing , with routes surrounded by mountains and green landscapes typical of this biosphere reserve, the birthplace of two of the best known rivers in Spain: the Guadalquivir and the Safe .
In Cazorla Travel we organize 2-hour canoe rides through the Tranco de Beas reservoir , located in the natural park of the mountains of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas. It is a huge, historical and quiet swamp from which to enjoy the abundant vegetation, the hydroelectric power station that is still in operation and the dam in Villanueva del Arzobispo, and the Head of the Vine Island, within the reservoir itself. Also, if you are lucky, you can see some bonebreakers or eagles that inhabit the park.
Our boats are 1 and 2 seats and with a lot of stability, ideal for a relaxed family or couple plan, as well as being self-emptying, a feature that gives us peace of mind and comfort.
We also have tours of the Guadalquivir River, which begins its course in the heights of Cazorla and its path to the Atlantic Ocean. You will see how young it is in this territory before reaching its large size that we know as it passes through Seville.
And, as a curiosity, the swamp of Tranco has been the scene of some of the filming of the documentary Man and the Earth, which made Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente so famous.
Go ahead and check our routes in the Cazorla Park.
