Description of Centro Ecuestre La Zubia

The La Zubia Equestrian Center , very close to Granada, is an ideal place to enjoy animals in a natural environment. Its facilities consist of stables, two tracks with sand floor, storage room, laundry room, leisure area with playground and parking.

We offer the following services related to horse riding:

- Equestrian classes : for children and adults, individual or in groups and from any level. Once you have reached an intermediate level, it is possible to choose a discipline in which to specialize.

- Pupillage : horses can be housed in pits or in semi-freedom, a more beneficial option, as they have a wide area where they can interact with other equines.

- Routes : itineraries on horseback through the Vega de Granada and Cumbres Verdes.

- Birthday : children's celebrations to enjoy the countryside, the horses and the playground.

- Camps : we organize camps throughout the summer months aimed at the initiation and learning of horse riding. The camps are aimed at children between the ages of 6 and 16; The duration is one week, extendable to several, and the hours are from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

At the La Zubia Equestrian Center you can live your first experience on horseback in the Cumbres Verdes or continue your passion for these animals at the time you decide.

The excursions we carry out are adapted to each of the clients who come to visit us, depending on whether or not they have had contact with the equestrian.

And under this premise, we propose:

- Horse steps for adults : there is no established route or duration, since the important thing is that you feel comfortable for the time you need (without exceeding your capabilities). Our advice is that to get started, do not exceed 60 minutes on the animal; In any case, the center's team of professionals will know how to adapt the offer to your level or your possibilities.

- Children's pony rides : so that the little ones do not have to wait to grow up to have that first contact with horses and riding, and through this species, which is better adapted to their physical characteristics, they will be able to make a comfortable 15-minute journey accompanied by adults.

Description of Centro Ecuestre La Zubia Horse Riding Camps

If you have children between 6 and 16 years old and you want them to enjoy a different summer, enroll them in our equestrian camp, an ideal way to combine the fun of a summer vacation with learning this equestrian sport.

The stay takes place in our facilities at La Zubia Equestrian Center , very close to Granada.

The most important data to take into account are:

- Duration : weekly stay, from Monday to Friday.

- Day stay : check-in time between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., and pick-up time between 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. (half an hour of margin both on arrival and departure to make it easier for parents adjust schedules).

- Dates : the camp is organized during the non-school period, from the last week of June to the first of August.

- Activities : excursions, workshops, games and pool days are held.

- Necessary equipment : children must have a cap, sports shoes, comfortable clothing, long pants for riding lessons and swimming pool clothing.

Do not think about it and give this camp to your children; places are limited to 12 children per week.
