At Extravaganza we create each team building event, giving it a unique character thanks to the infinite number of activities that we can adapt specifically for you. In two decades we have become experts within the sector with half a thousand celebrations, activities and presentations throughout Spain and outside the country.

We have formed our own team that is in charge of each phase leading up to the day of the appointment, as well as ensuring that the event goes perfect from the moment it begins until you return home. We have people to coordinate it, expert instructors in active leisure and consultants in all areas. It is about providing a solution to each client in points such as:

- The organization of trips to reward a company's workers.

- Seminars to work on specific needs of the company with training-days designed from a perspective that is enjoyable for the participants.

From Extravaganza Rutas 4x4 we propose the Orienteering Team, an orientation test in rotations and RAID-type skill in which the participants will be divided into teams and, after receiving certain notions in orientation and navigation techniques, they must complete a route through a series of paths.

To guide us, we will use navigation systems and the strategy designed by the team as support. During the tour, the participants will be in contact with the environment in an immersive way, jointly overcoming the natural obstacles and the adapted tests that are posed to them.

In the Road Book you will find your first “Route Key” that determines a WayPoint or geographic coordinate.

The teams will move along a series of rural roads and passable paths using the material provided as support: maps, road book, GPS device and control card. During the route, participants will find a series of waypoints where they must develop and pass a series of strategy and/or skill tests.

Below we detail what the day that we propose from Extravaganza Rutas 4x4 will be like:

• Pick up by bus and transfer to the starting point of the activity near Escalona, Toledo(about 40-45 minutes)

• Presentation, briefing of the activity and delivery of materials and identifiers

• Country breakfast

• Leaving from the foothills of Gredos, it runs through incredible natural landscapes, forming a "great caravan" of vehicles (classic Range Rovers before 1984), in front the guide and instructor vehicle and behind the teams in their vehicle.

• At mid-morning there is a refreshment stop (Op. appetizer)

• After this short break, the final part of the route begins: The TRIALERA (TT circuit), with all kinds of obstacles and tests with adaptable difficulty.

After eating and having regained strength, in some cases, on a screen, we review the activity, the route followed, tests, scores and caches collected and if you want, delivery of trophies or gifts.

• Scavenger Hunt: the tests allow for the participation and contribution of all profiles: creative, logical, planning and strategy, action, negotiation and communication, etc. All “seasoned” with a playful component and background that makes them more attractive and immersive.

• Tapas Tour: incorporates as part of the program one or several gastronomic stops called “TAPAS PIT STOPS”, in unique and typical spaces of the urban environment. They serve to taste local cuisine dishes and tapas in a relaxed and dynamic way, carrying out a space-based interaction team test.
