He will propose different places , will be in charge of organizing logistics and will explain the necessary techniques to develop each activity.

Some of the experiences most demanded by adventurers who contact him are:

• Hiking and Nordic Walking: for groups of 8 people maximum. They are differentiated by 2 levels: initiation and advanced.

• Snowshoeing , a very enjoyable and fun activity that will allow you to move through icy and snowy terrain.

• Orientation courses , aimed at those who want to know how to act in an emergency in the mountains.

My name is Juan Toribio and I am certified professional instructor specialized in mid-mountain range . My goal is that you learn to enjoy nature in a respectful and sustainable way that allows you to reconnect with yourself and the environment that surrounds you since, due to the rhythm of life we lead, we tend to focus on irrelevant aspects of life.

One of the most successful activities among our users is snowshoes . It is a sport that is booming today but has a long tradition in Nordic cultures. Thanks to rackets, tools made of light material that are attached to boots, we will be able to move through icy and snowy terrain . We will have no limits!

We currently carry out this experience with a group of 1 to 6 people for one or 2 days . The planning of the activity would be the following:

Day 1 - Presentation of the material. History, types of rackets and their adaptation to the terrain. Fit, lift and touchdown. We will practice with a simple route along the track.

Day 2 - Ascent, descent and turns. Realization of a simple route by track and forest.

This is only an example of a scheduled activity, but we can design an experience to suit you. Ask when booking.

I am Juan Toribio , Mountain and Climbing Sports Technician , and I have extensive experience in organizing routes and excursions through all types of terrain. If you want to make an itinerary in the middle of nature and know the environment in which you enter, do not hesitate to hire my services.

My main objective is to show the beauty of the landscapes that surround us and teach you to enjoy them in a sustainable way. I work with small groups, from 1 to 8 people at most, in order to give each one of you personalized attention.

When I organize a route I stick to 2 basic pillars: that it is circular and that the unevenness and the schedule do not play against us . Although I have a catalog of excursions, I always accept suggestions. The outputs are labeled according to their difficulty as:

• Level 1: initiation , aimed at people with little training who want to start in this sport. I will pay special attention to those who need some time to adapt and get fit.

• Level 2: advanced hiking , for mountaineers and hikers with some experience who want to explore new possibilities. You must be in good physical condition to successfully complete the itinerary.

Some excursions that you can book are:

• Weir of the Segovia aqueduct , we will visit the place where the famous Segovia aqueduct used to take water in ancient times. It will be 11 km of a historic road. Elevation gain of 354 meters.

• Barranco del Río Dulce , a beautiful place in Guadalajara that Félix Rodriguez de la Fuente used to explore to shoot his series "The man and the earth." 12 km route with a drop of 1000 meters.

• Source of the Manzanares River , we will visit the most emblematic places of the Sierra de Guadarrama. An adventure of 16 km with a cumulative elevation gain of 1600 meters.

I am Juan Toribio , Mountain and Climbing Sports Technician, and I have a long history behind me organizing routes, excursions and teaching orientation courses. These can be very useful if you want to be a self-sufficient mountaineer or simply want to live an adventure, whatever your reason I am sure you will be satisfied with the experience.

I currently have 4 courses , all of them include the necessary material to take them:

• Introduction to Orientation of 4 hours . Accompanied by the guide, you will do an orientation circuit with only a map and a compass.

• Basic Orientation , includes 4 theoretical hours in which I will explain various concepts such as the polar axis and the poles, cartographic projections and geographic coordinates. You will also learn everything you need to correctly read a map. Then you will have to take a tour with just a map and a compass. This course takes 2 days.

• Mountain Orientation , we will calculate the reduced, geometric and slope distance. On the second day you will have to create a route on a map that you will then do yourself.

• Basic Orientation with Sports GPS , includes theoretical lessons to review the concepts learned in the Basic Course and we will also know all the aspects of a GPS: datum, receiver, software, waypoints, tracks and routes. The duration of this activity covers 2 days. In the second, we will make a route and learn to solve problems with the help of GPS.
