Despite its diversity, anyone can do it, but it is important to be accompanied by an instructor who knows the area and will help you in case of difficulty. It is important that the group carries quality equipment, approved helmets, good neoprene to combat the cold and safe harnesses and ropes, material contemplated by the company.

• Aguake, in Antoñana. It is best to descend it during the rainy season. A short ravine with many waterfalls.

• Peñaguda-Navarra. A short and affordable route, lasting one two days, for those who want to try climbing. A perfect route to climb in spring or autumn, since in summer it is stormy hot and in winter very cold. It is considered an easy route as it has rocks with edges to hold on to and large rulers.
• San Fausto-Navarra. Located in the west of Eraul, in Tierra Estrella, we find this limestone rock climbing itinerary with abundant pebbles and drops of water, perfect for one or two days. The number of fossils that can be seen in the rock, some of large size, is very striking.
• Etxauri-Navarra. If you only have one day, this climbing plan offers you very different routes and for different levels, also on limestone rock.

Via ferrata are circuits that can be vertical or horizontal that have holds, staples, handrails, nails, chains, zip lines and hanging bridges, in order to facilitate the route for hikers or climbing enthusiasts.

In this case, they suggest you discover the itinerary of Larraona which is Urbasa, a well-known natural park surrounded by an environment that represents a discovery. It could be considered an easy route, not too long and very fun. If you also feel like it, you can do a zip line at the end of the via ferrata.

Mugitu offers you two possible levels, the first for beginners who have never tried this sport and the second for amateurs who are not their first time. This way they will ensure that you enjoy your level regardless of your level. The activity is carried out in groups of two to ten people to guarantee your safety and that of all participants and that our instructors have everything under control.

Caving has a lot to teach us, in Navarra you will find horizontal caves, deep chasms and narrow labyrinths... Depending on the type of cavity there will be different levels of preparation and demands.

It is important to always practice caving in the company of trained instructors, since it is a sport that requires certain preparation, especially mental, so that there are no unforeseen events inside the cave.

Caves in Navarra:

• Noriturri, in Eulate. A cave with a large room and a multitude of fossils in the areas furthest from the entrance.
• Cristinos, in Larraona. Sima de los Cristinos is a cave of great beauty and easy to visit, full of stalactites and long stalagmites.
• Laminatitur, in Urbasa. With a small entrance, you have to descend a slightly slippery mud ramp before accessing a large room with high ceilings. On the walls there are outcrops of plaster.
• Akuandi, in Larraona. A space that is a mix of the previous ones, with two lakes and large rooms, many rock formations and a rappelling area.
• Iguaran, in Opacua. A very simple and exciting cave for all ages that takes about two hours to explore. It is interesting to discover how water has shaped the interior of this cave.
• Longinos, in Estella. The most characteristic thing about this cave is its natural lake, which we will find at the end of the tour.

At Mugitu we are in charge of preparing for you a farewell worthy of being remembered in Estella and surrounding areas. Our favorite proposals for this are the combination of activities or gymkhanas with tests that are suitable for the group that visits us. These are some ideas:

- Via ferrata with rappelling or rope park: modalities that we can complete in half a day so that you have the rest of the day free doing whatever you want.

- Caving in the Cueva de los Cristinos with ferrata and rappelling: we will dive into the depths of the Sierra de Urbasa to then rise above the surface and gain height following the via ferrata.

- Packages with kayak: the most refreshing ones with which we will take you sailing through Hormiga or the area of Santo Sepulcro. They can be completed with a visit to Cueva Longinos or with a climbing session.

We also advise you to go for canyoning as it is fun for everyone. If it is the first one you do, we will go to the Igoroin, in Ameskoa within Navarra, to the Infierno ravine in Iturgoyen or to the Aguake already in Álava at the height of Antoñana.
