TotVoltant Hiking offers us guided routes through the Sant Llorenç del Munt Natural Park that will take us to discover some of the hidden corners of this beautiful park.

Low difficulty routes can be done lasting half a day. Some of the routes we propose are:

• To Montcau per la Carena dels Emprius.

• Circular route through the northern part of this Natural Park that will show us one of the most severe faces of Montcau. The difference in elevation is 650 meters, and the approximate time is 4.5 hours.

• By the cinglers of Levante. Circular route that passes through the Lady's path, the Hermitage of Santa Agnes, the top of La Mola and the path to the Soleia fountain. The difference in altitude is 900 meters and the time is approximately 5 hours.

• Monumental Trees. Route to see some specimens of trees of considerable size and curious shapes with the Alcina del Vent, the Pins Cargolats, the Pi de les tres pinasses and the Roure Llarg. The difference in altitude is 529 meters and the approximate time is 4 hours.

TotVoltant Vía Ferrata invites you to practice this type of climbing. Via ferratas are climbing routes equipped with fixed progression elements that facilitate ascent.

It is an activity that does not require technical knowledge of climbing, but if we want to carry it out with complete safety we must know the minimum material we need to progress adequately along these routes.

We offer you via ferrata excursions so that you progress little by little and in complete safety. These are some:

• Teresina (Montserrat)
• Baumes Corcades (Centelles)
• Vallcebre (Berguedà)

No experience is necessary for this activity, and the minimum is two people to practice it with us.
