TotVoltant Hiking offers us guided routes through the Sant Llorenç del Munt Natural Park that will take us to know some of the hidden corners of this beautiful park.

Low difficulty routes can be done with a duration of half a day. Some of the routes that we propose are:

• To Montcau by the Carena dels Emprius.

• Circular route through the northern part of this Natural Park and that will show us one of the most severe faces of Montcau. The difference in altitude is 650 meters, and the approximate time is 4.5 hours.

• Through the Llevant cingleres. Circular route that passes through the path of the Lady, the Hermitage of Santa Agnes, the top of La Mola and the path of the Soleia fountain. The unevenness is 900 meters and the approximate time of 5 hours.

• Monumental Trees. Route to see some specimens of trees of considerable dimensions and curious shapes with the Alcina del Vent, the Pins Cargolats, the Pi de les tres pinasses and the Roure Llarg. The unevenness is 529 meters and the approximate time of 4 hours.

TotVoltant Via Ferrata invites you to practice this type of climbing. Via ferratas are climbing routes equipped with fixed progression elements that facilitate ascent.

It is an activity that does not require the technical knowledge of climbing, but if we want to carry it out with total safety we must know the minimum material we need to progress properly along these routes.

We offer you excursions by via ferrata so that you progress little by little and with complete safety. These are some:

• Teresina (Montserrat)
• Baumes Corcades (Centelles)
• Vallcebre (Berguedà)

For this activity no experience is necessary, and the minimum is two people to practice it with us.

At TotVoltant Orientación we think that entering a natural environment such as the mountains, whether walking along a low or high mountain path or doing a mountain bike route, you need some knowledge to be able to enjoy the activity with security.

• The orientation monograph will help you plan itineraries from home, calculate directions, distances and times of the activity. It will allow you to interpret the maps on the ground, as well as find your situation on the itinerary.
