CEC Guidesgives you the choice between the wide variety of activities that can be done in the Community of Catalonia in the different natural environments that make it up. The technicians who join its activity center have accumulated years of experience as guides and have been prepared with the appropriate qualifications to accompany those who want an approach to active sports.
Among the options we work with are:
- Winter modalities: such as learning to ski and snowboard or, in a more relaxed way, through cross-country ski excursions or for which we equip ourselves with snowshoes that allow us to walk without problem through the white blanket.
- Land excursions: through mountain biking, hiking or Nordic walking, a type of walking to which we add walking sticks, exercising the upper and lower extremities at the same time.
- Family adventures: with canyoning descents, cave expeditions to practice caving or via ferratas approaching different peaks in the province of Barcelona.

CEC Guides takes you to the most impressive grottoes and caves in Catalonia. We invite you to do caving with us, you will enjoy an exciting day exploring the interior of the earth.
We have itineraries of various difficulties, no matter what previous experience you have, we will take you to the route that best suits your needs.
Caving is not suitable for claustrophobics, you will have to explore narrow caves and small grottoes.
