CEC Guidesgives you the choice between the wide variety of activities that can be done in the Community of Catalonia in the different natural environments that make it up. The technicians who join its activity center have accumulated years of experience as guides and have been prepared with the appropriate qualifications to accompany those who want an approach to active sports.

Among the options we work with are:

- Winter modalities: such as learning to ski and snowboard or, in a more relaxed way, through cross-country ski excursions or for which we equip ourselves with snowshoes that allow us to walk without problem through the white blanket.

CEC Guides takes you through ravines of all types in the Catalan geography on an exciting day of descending high natural rock walls between mountain streams. Whether you have not done canyoning or if you already know what this activity is about, we have your plan for strong emotions guaranteed.

To do a gentle canyoning that isperfect for getting started we went to the Glorieta ravine area in the Alt Camp region. This section takes us around 4 exciting hours. Various descents, rappels of different heights, jumps to the riverbed and crossings through the water await you.

A step further within this same type of adventure are other more technical and steep ravines, such as those of Gorges del Nuria in the municipality of Queralbs and Torrente de la Corva in Ribes de Fresser. Both in the Pyrenees of Gerona. Their descents cover almost the entire day.

The via ferratas that we can find in the Gerona Pyrenees are the perfect plan we have for you so that you can live a high-altitude experience through the steep valleys and mountains of this region.

These routes are equipped to a greater or lesser extent so that you do not have to resort to pure climbing in each of the sections. You can help yourself with ladders nailed to the rock, handrails, Tibetan bridges and other devices. To try something more daring and exciting, there are other routes through Centelles and also through Montserrat, places where you will have to face 65-meter-long Tibetan bridges, long vertical sections, flying falls, etc.

At CEC Guides we want to find you a good plan to enjoy the snow. We organize ski classes and courses in which you will learn to move in an environment as particular as theCatalan Pyrenees.

We teach the courses at the Masella and La Molina stations where we will give you both practical and theoretical classes. These lessons may be individual, between 1 and 3 participants, or in groups for a minimum of 4 people.

We want to offer courses for everyone who wants to come, whether it's someone with a little experience or a person who has never skied. Our proposals are for all types of people and we will try to adjust to the needs of each client and each special group.

When you go out into the snow you will do so accompanied by one of the most professional instructors. They are fully certified to teach these classes and will try to improve your skiing level quickly.
