Bonaona brings you closer to the practice of this new sport that has caused a sensation since it left the shores of Hawaii. Stand Up Paddle, Paddle Surf or Rowing Surf, is one of the most popular types of surfing at the moment.

One of the great advantages of Stand Up Paddle (SUP) is that it does not need waves. Unlike Surfing and its modalities, SUP offers great ease of learning and accessibility for all types of people.

Its great attraction, in addition to being an excellent exercise to improve physical condition, is the angle of visibility it offers, due to the height and the bipedal position above the water that allows you to observe both the bottom and the entire surface of the water, offering a new way to enjoy aquatic nature.

In our school we offer Paddle Surf courses for children and adults in Playa de Palma, Ca'n Pastilla. All courses include:

• Material (paddle board)
• Neoprene or lycra
• Life jacket

It is mandatory that all our students know how to swim. In addition, we recommend that you bring a towel and sunscreen.

We also offer you Guided Outings through the Bay of Palma. Visit the Cathedral, see the caves and enjoy the cliffs and crystal clear waters, or sign up for the "Road to the Sunset" Tour, it is our star outing. We end the day touring the Little Island of Cala Estancia, to see the sunset, enjoying impressive views, relaxing on the board, and a night paddle on the way back. Upon arrival and to start the night, Drink and Tapa to the rhythm of reggae.
