Paddle Surf is also known as Stand Up Paddle or SUP. It is a very healthy sport that derives from the traditional way of moving of the ancient Polynesians between islands. They moved on large floating elongated boards that they propelled with an oar, thus being able to navigate through the intricate waters of the archipelago.
Nowadays, Paddle Surf is a sport that is being seen more and more on the beaches around the world. The reasons for this is that it is a very easy sport to practice and that also does not require very special weather conditions. In fact, it can be practiced on almost any surface with water, be it the sea, a river, a lake or even a swimming pool.
Dali Pala is a Paddle Surf school located in Mallorca. Its main objective is to bring this wonderful sport to the whole world through courses and classes for people of All ages. There are groups of different levels, in such a way that the students will always be in the company of other students of a similar level and age. All the necessary material is also provided. Classes are taught focused on the two major SUP modalities that exist: wave paddle surfing and cross-country paddle surfing.
