Enjoy the Sup

Many companies are dedicated to offering paddle surfing services, but few are entirely dedicated to this water sport. One of them is Enjoy the Sup , ecofriendly and focused on Stand Up Paddle, and therefore we give you several options to enjoy paddle surf boards.

We are Valls, in Tarragona, and here is a good way to enjoy your stay on the Costa Dorada:

• Rental : with the Basic option you come to pick up the board and the paddle at our center, while with the Plus we take them wherever you indicate.
• SUP Yoga classes: to have a good awakening or goodbye to the day. We carry out these yoga sessions at sea first thing in the morning and at sunset, either in groups or individuals.
• Introductory course : as it is a somewhat complicated sport at the beginning, some learning classes are not bad. Balance, paddling and changing direction are basic things that you will learn in them.
• SUP pets: we respect the environment and animals, so we think they also have a place on our boards and you can take them with you on an excursion through the Mediterranean for 1 hour and a half.
• SUP at night: the spectacle of the moon and the stars is more beautiful from the sea, so we encourage you to join this adventure at night by paddle surfing. The boards have led lights that illuminate the path during the experience.
