SUP Fit Yoga

If you have ever practiced paddle surfing or SUP (Stand Up Paddle), you will know that it is an exciting sport with great benefits, from strengthening muscles to improving balance. If you haven't tried paddle surfing yet, at SUP Fit Yoga we give you the opportunity to learn the technique from professional instructors.

SUP classes and routes is not the only thing you will find here, since we have a star activity that will surely catch your attention: SUP Yoga. You do not know what it is? Simple, it is a type of yoga that you can practice while you are on a paddle surf board. While maintaining your balance on the board, you will learn different yoga postures.

Come connect with nature through the SUP on the spectacular coasts of the town of Arguineguín, in Las Palmas. Specifically, we carry out our activities on Las Marañuelas Beach.

The SUP Fit Yoga team is committed to the economy and growth of towns, against tourist exploitation. We are experts in offering experiences that will make you grow and develop as a person, practicing sports that help to reduce stress and improve mental health.

To impart these activities with total professionalism, we have different certified qualifications by Yoga Alliance, by the Spanish Surf Federation and by the International Organization of Stand Paddle (IOSUP), in addition to the first aid course. We like to be constantly learning in order to offer the best activities.
