Description of Club de Vela Palamos

The Club de Vela Palamos courses are held on weekends (8 days with a total of 24 hours of courses, with 3 hours a day).

The levels of the Sailing School seek, through a color structure, to determine the knowledge of the practitioner, and also what the sports technicians have to teach the students to make the most of their progress.

This is the escalation of courses that we offer:

Yellow level: Basic concepts of navigation with the monitor on the same boat: navigate on both tacks, tacks, stop the boat.

Orange level: It delves into the basics: jibe, navigate in all possible directions, man overboard maneuvers.

Green level: Orange level with winds of force four as a minimum.
Blue level: It delves into the trimage and the correct navigation.
Brown level: Improvement in the execution of all the maneuvers.
Violet level: Blue and brown level with winds of force greater than four on the Beaufort scale.
