Brisa School

At Brisa School Bodyboard and Surf School you will learn these modalities that will excite you from the first moment you try them.

We are located inLas Palmas de Gran Canaria, we have all the necessary equipment to practice these 2 sports, and an audiovisual classroom where we will teach you the basic notions for later practice.

Our team is made up of surf and bodysurf professionals, with their title approved by the Spanish Federation.

We offer sessions adapted to your needs, and to your level with courses per day, weekends, monthly, monthly only weekends... all with a duration of 2 hours per class, also if you want private classes we will design a program at your fingertips.

Below we show you what our 2 sports consist of:

Surfing:

Experience spectacular sensations, on board a board.

What is surfing? It is a sport that consists of sliding with a board through the waves, using your balance and physical resistance.

For good practice you must provide the following material: board, and neoprene.

Bodyboard:

Do you want to become a bodyboard expert?

We will teach you what this sport consists of, which mainly involves sliding on a wave when it has not yet broken. The board you must use must be mainly made of synthetic foam and carbon fiber, and you must also use fins.

We will also show you the 3 techniques in which you can slide, which could be:

Lying down

Standing

Kneeling with one leg
